Returns/Warranty (HID products only)

Please contact us ASAP for returns and warranty claims.
Returns are accepted as long as we are contacted within 7 days after the delivered date.
Item must be returned to our location in Ottawa Ontario and inspected before refund is issued.
If item is not in brand new condition then upto 25% restocking fee may be reduced from the refund amount.
Defective items must be returned to us in Ottawa within 30 days and will be replaced.
Only the defective part (ie. bulb or ballast) should be sent back for replacement.
In some cases we may ask for the entire package to be sent back for replacement rather then just one part.
For defects after 30 days, the customer may be given the option to pay a small fee for a part replacement or a complete package replacement for a fee of 30% of the original price paid.
